Crafted from authentic Mt. St. Helens volcanic material, this oval cut Twilight Obsidianite loose stone represents a unique fusion of geological authenticity and laboratory precision. Each stone originates from Mt. St. Helens rock dust sourced from 10–20 miles beneath the earth's surface, then pulverized and fused under controlled laboratory conditions at temperatures exceeding 2700°F. After 12 years we succeeded in removing the trace elements that create the blue/green color. The remaining trace elements of manganese, potassium, titanium and cobalt combine to create this beautiful purple/blue color change stone.
